The Problem
Third-party apps take a big cut of every order and push customers away from you. Your restaurant gets a lower price, a generic listing, and no real relationship with the buyer.
You also lose control of the experience. Menus are hard to update, options get missed, and customers call because the app got it wrong. For a busy kitchen, that means mistakes, refunds, and staff tied up on the phone.
A plumber can book online. A salon can sell packages. Why should a restaurant be stuck paying a middleman to sell its own food?
How It Works
We build your menu into your site, section by section, just like customers see it in the dining room. Each item shows prices, sizes, add-ons and prep choices. Required options are enforced at checkout so nothing gets missed.
At checkout your customer picks how they want it: pickup, delivery with zone fees and minimums, or dine-in with a table number. They can order for now or pick a future time within your open hours. Tips are added on the same screen.
Orders land in your dashboard with clear schedules. You can print packing slips or driver manifests, and customers get a receipt by email. If you sell gift cards, visit packages or memberships, they use the same checkout.
What It Means for You
You keep more of each sale because money goes straight to your account and no app fee is taken out. Customers stay on your brand, see your offers, and come back directly next time.
Staff spend less time correcting orders and answering the phone. Order-ahead smooths rushes, and dine-in ordering speeds up table turns. A dental office, a café, or a roofing company lunch spot all use the same simple flow.
Getting Started
We set up your menu catalog and connect it to your site. You upload photos, set prices, business hours and delivery zones, and choose which options are required.
Once live, you can take orders from your website, from chat on the site, or by voice. If you sell things — food, products, bookings, tickets — we build ordering into your site. Ask us to turn it on.
