Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Business Sites (the "Service"), operated by AIQ Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Business Sites provides custom-built, AI-powered websites for small businesses. The Service includes:

  • Custom website design and development
  • AI voice agent, FAQ bot, and AI team assistant
  • AI content generation engine (blog posts, service pages, location pages, listicles)
  • CRM with sales pipelines and email threading
  • Project management with client approval portals
  • Visual automation builder
  • Two-way AI email
  • Website analytics
  • Automated business reports
  • Leads inbox
  • Hosting and maintenance

3. Pricing and Payment

Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee of $2,500 USD is required to begin your custom website build. This covers design, development, initial content creation (85+ pages), and platform configuration.

Monthly Subscription

A monthly subscription of $800 USD is billed when your site goes live. This includes hosting, maintenance, 14 new content pieces per month, and ongoing access to all platform features.

Add-Ons

Optional add-ons, such as the AI Receptionist ($199/month), are billed separately and can be added or removed at any time.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed via Airwallex. Monthly billing is recurring and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period.

4. Ownership

You own:

  • All content published on your website (blog posts, service pages, etc.)
  • All lead data, contact information, and CRM data
  • All knowledge base documents you upload
  • Your domain name (registered in your name)
  • Your website code (pushed to a GitHub repo in your name upon request)

We own:

  • The AI Business Sites platform and infrastructure
  • The AI agent, content generation pipeline, and automation engine software
  • Our proprietary tools, templates, and processes

Upon termination, we provide a full code export and database export. Your site is built with React and Next.js — standard open-source technology that any developer can maintain.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • We provide a full website code export to a GitHub repo in your name
  • We provide a full database export (content, leads, contacts, knowledge base)
  • Your site remains live until the end of your billing period
  • After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers

The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the custom build work already completed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to violate any laws
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or copyrighted material you do not own
  • Attempt to access other clients' data or compromise platform security
  • Use the AI tools to generate harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Resell or white-label the Service without written agreement
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited spam emails

7. AI-Generated Content

Our content engine uses AI to generate blog posts, service pages, location pages, and listicles. While we employ fact-checking and validation, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is factually perfect. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published (if you choose to review — review is optional but available).

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses due to service unavailability beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities resulting from service use or disruption.

10. Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clients of significant changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia.
