Included in every plan

Google reviews that manage themselves.

Review requests go out on their own, replies are drafted for you, and you see how you stack up against local competitors — without logging into Google.

Review requests go out on their own

After a job is won and marked complete in your CRM, a review request is sent to the customer automatically. No remembering to follow up. No copying and pasting a link. The request goes out, the customer clicks through to your Google Business Profile, and the review comes in.

You can trigger review requests manually too — from the CRM, from a chat with your AI assistant, or on a schedule. But the default is automatic, because the best time to ask for a review is right after a good job, not next week when you remember.

AI drafts every reply — you edit and post

When a new review comes in on your Google Business Profile, the AI reads it and drafts a reply. Positive reviews get a warm, specific thank-you that references what the customer said. Negative reviews get a professional, empathetic response that addresses the concern and invites the customer to reach out directly.

You review the draft, edit if you want, and post it to Google. The AI does not auto-post to Google — you stay in control of what goes out under your business name.

  • AI-drafted replies for every new review — positive and negative
  • Reply tone matches your brand — warm, professional, specific
  • You edit and approve before anything posts to Google
  • Replies posted directly through the Google Business API — no logging into Google

Negative-review alerts

When a review comes in with a low star rating, you get an alert immediately — by email, in your admin, or through your AI assistant. You see the review, the AI's drafted reply, and can respond before it sits unanswered for days. Speed matters: a fast, professional response to a negative review can turn a critic into a repeat customer.

Weekly competitor review check

Once a week, the platform checks your top local competitors' Google reviews — how many they have, their average rating, and what customers are saying. You get a summary so you know where you stand and what customers value (or complain about) in your market.

This isn't about copying competitors. It's about knowing the landscape — if every competitor gets dinged for slow response times, that's your opening.

Reviews turn into social posts

Your best reviews — the ones with specific details and five stars — can be turned into social media posts with one click. The AI pulls the quote, pairs it with a branded image, and drafts a caption. Good reviews are marketing gold; this makes them work for you beyond Google.

Review-to-social posts use the AI Media & Search system for image generation. See AI Media & Search

Save 10+ hours a month on review management

Between sending requests, monitoring for new reviews, drafting replies, checking on competitors, and turning reviews into marketing — review management easily eats half a day a week for an active local business. The platform handles the repetitive parts automatically.

You approve, you edit, you stay in control. But the drafting, monitoring, requesting, and tracking happen without you thinking about them.

Behind the scenes

The abs-gbp-reviews microservice (running on port 3027) handles all Google Business Profile review operations — scraping new reviews, drafting replies via the LLM pipeline, posting approved replies through the Google Business API, and running the weekly competitor review check.

Review requests are triggered by automation workflows connected to your CRM deal stages. When a deal moves to "Closed Won" and the job is marked complete, the workflow fires the review request automatically.

Competitor tracking uses the local_search tool to find and monitor nearby businesses in your category, scraping their review counts and ratings on a weekly schedule.
