FEAT.00—REAL ESTATE — REALTIX MODULE

The real estate module: staging, tours, reports, showings.

Realtix turns the platform into a realtor's working week — listings, AI virtual staging with automatic disclosure, one-pass descriptions, narrated video tours, cited neighbourhood reports, seller reports, and showings bookable by website, chat, or phone. An add-on for any AI Business Sites client; its own done-for-you platform at realtix.ca.

Real estate gets its own module

Most trades get tools that adapt to them. Real estate is deep enough to deserve its own: listings, photos, showings, sellers, buyers, collateral — a whole working rhythm. So we built one. It's called Realtix, and it runs on this platform — the same CRM, content engine, booking system, and AI team, tuned for the way a realtor's week actually goes.

You can get it two ways. If real estate IS your business, it comes as its own done-for-you platform at realtix.ca — your personal-brand site, your follow-up, your listing tools, priced for real estate economics. And if you're an AI Business Sites client, the module can be enabled on your site as an add-on — priced per client by our team, set up by us. There's a live demo on realtix.ca worth 30 seconds: upload an empty room and watch the AI stage it, right on the homepage.

Listings that run themselves

Your active listings live on the platform — facts, photos, status — and each one gets a public listing page on your own site: the photos, the description, the video tour, and a Book-a-Showing button that already knows which property the visitor is looking at. The QR code on your sign rider scans straight to it.

AI virtual staging — the flagship

An empty room photographs like a problem. Upload the photo, pick a style — modern, warm minimal, family, investor-loft — and get a staged room back in seconds. A vacant listing becomes a lived-in one, at a fraction of physical staging.

The honest part, built in: every staged image carries a "Virtually staged" disclosure, applied by the system itself — it can't be skipped or toggled off, because undisclosed staging is a misrepresentation problem under the REALTOR Code. You get the polish without the exposure.

See it work live: upload a room photo on realtix.ca and the AI stages it while you watch. Try the staging demo

Photos that show the property honestly

The same pipeline fixes what phones do to real estate photos: sky replacement, window pulls, straightened verticals, twilight exterior conversion. The guardrails are enforced by the system, not by guidelines nobody reads — brightening a room or clearing a grey sky is fine; removing structural defects or altering the apparent size of a room is blocked at generation.

One pass, three descriptions

Type in the listing facts — beds, baths, square footage, the features — and one generation pass produces all three: the MLS-length description, the longer web version for your listing page, and a social caption. Same voice, same facts, three formats — and the accuracy rules stop it from inventing features the property doesn't have.

Video tours, reviewed before they publish

Your listing photos become a narrated, cinematic video tour — with synced captions — built by the same media pipeline that produces our client videos. The narration is written from your listing description, so the video can't say something the copy doesn't. It lands on the listing as unpublished, and nothing goes public until you've watched it and hit approve.

That's the review gate you'd want from any AI touching your personal brand: it drafts, you decide.

The Neighbourhood Intelligence Report

Enter a listing address. The platform researches the area — schools, parks, amenities, the things buyers actually ask about — and produces a branded PDF where every claim carries its source and a verified date. It's the listing-day-one deliverable a buyer's agent hands over, produced by the same research engine that writes your site's content.

One research pass feeds five places: the report PDF, the listing page, your social posts, your FAQ bot's answers, and the voice agent's responses. Deliberately absent: crime scores and school rankings — the two areas where "helpful data" becomes steering exposure. Every other claim is sourced or it doesn't ship.

Seller reports and collateral, one click

The weekly Seller Activity Report is a client-facing PDF built from real, measured numbers only — showings booked, open-house sign-ins, enquiries, media produced, days on market, and data-derived next actions. Where the platform has no real number (it won't guess page views), the section is omitted rather than approximated. Alongside it:

  • Feature sheet — branded, from the listing record, one click
  • Listing presentation — the pre-listing appointment PDF; you supply pricing strategy and comps from your own MLS access, the platform assembles the rest
  • Sign-rider QR codes — listing and open-house variants, scanning to the public listing page
  • Open-house sign-in — a QR/tablet page with consent capture; every sign-in lands in your CRM, tagged to the listing, counted in the seller report

Showings book themselves — by chat, or by phone

Every showing is scheduled through the platform's native booking system, with one real-estate twist: the booking question "Which property is this showing for?" is a live dropdown of your active listings. Book it on the listing page (the button pre-selects the property), book it in chat with your FAQ bot, or book it by phone — your voice agent matches the caller's property, finds an open slot, and reserves it, out loud, mid-conversation.

Because every showing is tied to its listing, the Seller Activity Report counts them without you lifting a pen.

Everything works by asking

Realtors don't want another dashboard, so the module meets you where you already are. Your AI assistant has the full realtor toolset — "list my listings", "stage this room", "write the description", "generate the neighbourhood report", "publish the tour" — and the admin workspace has the same buttons, one per listing, if you'd rather click. The website chatbot can answer buyer questions from your listings. The voice agent books the showings. Same platform, your choice of door.
