Meetings that book themselves, and remember themselves.
Native booking pages on your own domain, video meetings on our own infrastructure, and an AI notetaker that writes the summary into your CRM. Every booking arrives as a lead with the details attached — included in the platform, not another subscription.
Scheduling without the ping-pong
"Are you free Tuesday? What about Thursday? Morning or afternoon?" — the email tennis match that eats an hour for every meeting. A booking page on your own domain ends it. Your visitor sees your real availability and books a slot; the meeting is on the calendar before you've even seen the email you didn't get.
This is native — built into the platform, running on our infrastructure. Not an embed of somebody else's scheduler, not another subscription. We set up your meeting types when your site is built and you can change them any time by asking.
Meeting types that match how you actually work
As many meeting types as your business needs — a 15-minute intro call, a 45-minute consultation, a 90-minute strategy session — each with its own rules:
- Duration and slot length, with buffers so you're never back-to-back
- Minimum notice (no "can I book you in 10 minutes?") and how far out the calendar is open
- A daily cap per type, so a promotion can't eat your whole week
- Auto-confirm, or manual review for the meetings you want to screen
- A weekly availability editor — with "same as business hours" as the default
A booking page that reads the room before you do
The booking flow does what a good receptionist would: it asks the right questions first, then offers times. Your own questions — "What can we help with?", "How did you hear about us?", or for a realtor, "Which property is this showing for?" — are asked before the calendar step.
The answers land on the booking and flow straight into your CRM fields, so when the meeting starts you already know who's calling and why. Timezones are handled for both sides, including daylight-saving shifts — a visitor in Vancouver booking your Halifax calendar gets times that are simply correct.
Every booking is a lead — instantly
The moment a slot is reserved, the system does what it does for every other lead source: creates the contact, opens a deal in your pipeline, and writes the activity trail. You get the same instant alerts — email, SMS, phone — that a form submission triggers, because a booking IS a form submission, with a time attached.
Your automations fire too: a booking can start a follow-up sequence, assign the lead to a team member, or draft a prep brief. Cancel and reschedule events trigger their own automations.
Confirmations, reminders, and reschedules — handled
The attendee gets a confirmation email with an add-to-calendar file, and a personal link to reschedule or cancel — no login, no phone call to your office, no awkward exchange. Then the system nags so you don't have to:
- Automatic reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting
- Video meetings: the reminder includes the join link
- Rescheduling resets the reminder clock automatically — a moved meeting still gets fresh reminders
- Self-service reschedule and cancel by personal link — the slot releases instantly if they cancel
- No-shows and completions tracked, with the numbers on your Bookings dashboard
Phone, video, or in person — their choice
Each meeting type decides where it happens: a phone call (the number is revealed only after the booking is confirmed), a video meeting (a branded room is created automatically), an in-person visit (the address with a map link) — or let the visitor choose when they book.
Video meetings on our own infrastructure
Video meetings happen in browser-based rooms on our own meeting platform — screen share, chat, camera and mic controls, up to 16 participants. Every video booking gets its own branded room link, minted automatically. No downloads, no third-party meeting accounts, and there is no meter running: unlimited meeting minutes, because we host the rooms ourselves.
The meeting content stays on our infrastructure — the same servers that run your voice agent and your site. It's the same ownership story as everything else here: your meetings are not data in somebody else's cloud.
Notes land in the CRM by themselves
An AI notetaker joins every platform video meeting: speaker-attributed transcript, live captions, and when the call ends, a written summary with key points and action items — filed on the booking and on the CRM record before you're back at your desk. See the full picture on the AI Meeting Notes page.

Booked by conversation, too
The booking system is wired into your AI team. The website chatbot can check your availability and book a meeting mid-conversation. The voice agent on your site can do it out loud. Your assistant can look up your week, book, move, or cancel meetings on request:
"What do I have on Thursday?" · "Book Sarah in for a strategy call next week" · "Move my 3pm to Friday morning" — said once, done once, attendee notified.
Run the whole calendar by talking
Your bookings admin shows every meeting type, availability, and the full inbox of upcoming and past meetings with analytics — no-show rates, completion, volume by type. But the dashboard is the fallback, not the interface. The way this platform is meant to be run, you manage your calendar from wherever you are, out loud or in a sentence.
Included in the platform — we set up your booking pages and meeting types as part of your build. No scheduler subscription, no per-meeting video fee, no per-seat notetaker. See the pricing
