Either — tell us your brewer at checkout (espresso, drip, French press, AeroPress) and we grind to it. Whole bean stays fresh longer, and we’ll say so on the bag.

How does the subscription work?+

Pick a coffee and a frequency (1–4 weeks). We roast and ship on schedule, you can skip, pause or cancel from a link in every email. 10% off, always, free shipping over $40.

What do the tasting notes actually mean?+

They’re the flavors we taste in a controlled cupping — not added flavors. If a bag doesn’t taste the way the notes describe, tell us. That’s a quality conversation we want to have.

Is the decaf actually good?+

It’s sugarcane-process decaf from the same quality tier as the rest of the lineup, and it outsells our expectations every month. Try it before you judge it.

Can I visit the roastery?+
